The Peking Acrobats®

Hailing from the People’s Republic of China, The Peking Acrobats® have for decades been diplomats of their spirited culture. Since 1958, this elite group has toured the world over, leaving audiences spellbound by the graceful presentation of their ancient folk art, acrobatics. Carefully selected from the finest acrobat schools in China, these gymnasts, jugglers, cyclists and tumblers transform 2000-year-old athletic disciplines into an all-ages kaleidoscope of entertainment and wonder.

This outstanding troupe remains the largest of its kind. The Peking Acrobats are produced by IAI Presentations, Inc., renowned the world over as the premiere producers of international Chinese acrobatic touring shows and is directed by Ken T. Hai, the foremost Artistic Director of Chinese Acrobatic shows in the West today. In addition to live musical accompaniment from an exotic Chinese orchestra, the Acrobats now travel with one of the most comprehensive tech packages on the road today including an intelligent lighting system, ground fog and other special effects.

The Peking Acrobats are available for their 26th North American Tour, January - May, 2012 with feature-length and school performances. The Shangri-La Chinese Acrobats® (smaller troupe of acrobats) are available for Fall 2011 N. America Tour, September - December.

	Full company presents a two-hour show with intermission.
	Full company can present an edited show of 40-60 minutes for young audience.
	Corporate and festival shows available, company size varies.
