REALLY BIG FEAT ON REALLY BIG SHOW

The Peking Acrobats® will perform their signature Tower of Chairs
for Emmy-winning talk show host and comedian Ellen DeGeneres’
variety special on TBS airing Monday November 19.
Part of the annual 5-day Comedy Festival in Las Vegas, "ELLEN’S
REALLY BIG SHOW" will be filmed live in the famous Caesars
Palace Colosseum. The special is scheduled to premiere on TBS cable
channel at 9pm (8pm Central) Monday November 19 with an encore presentation
at 10:30pm (9:30pm Central). The Peking Acrobats® are featured
along side other comedy and musical acts including magician Lance
Burton, Mary J. Blige, Sheryl Crow, Barry Manilow, Wayne Newton,
and many more.
The Tower of Chairs is a jaw-dropping feat wherein a single acrobat
climbs towards the rafters while precariously stacking chair upon
chair. This daring performer proceeds to amaze the audience as she
performs several heart-pounding tricks while perched at the very
top!
The Peking Acrobats® have been special guests on numerous television
shows and TV Specials including appearances on the WAYNE BRADY SHOW
as well as NBC’s RING IN THE NEW YEAR HOLIDAY SPECIAL and
NICKELODEON’S UNFABULOUS. THE PEKING ACROBATS set the world
record for the Human Chair Stack on Fox’s GUINNESS BOOK PRIMETIME
TV show where they astounded audiences with their bravery and dexterity
as they balanced six people precariously atop six chairs 21 feet
up in the air without safety lines!

ACROBAT WANTED IN VEGAS HEIST

Shaobo Qin, former member of the internationally acclaimed Peking
Acrobats, returns with George Clooney, Brad Pitt, and the entire
all-star cast of Ocean's Thirteen, the latest in an action/caper

PEKING ACROBATS STUN FESTIVALS AND SYMPHONIES TOO
“Summer began in March for us with our fifth Season performing
for the wonderful folks at The Florida Strawberry Festival, then
on to the excitement of our Summer Symphony Concerts featuring The
Peking Acrobats where we performed with The Interlochen World Symphony
Orchestra, the Cincinnati Pops Orchestra, the Buffalo Philharmonic
Orchestra, the San Diego Symphony and culminating with the famous
Ravinia Festival in Chicago, IL,” according to Ms. Dike-Hughes,
of IAI Presentations. The idea of combining symphony orchestras
with The Peking Acrobats into a tour de force entertainment event
was conceptualized by the President of IAI, Mr. Don Hughes, and
it became a reality when The Peking Acrobats performed to over 40,000
fans at the Hollywood Bowl in 2003. Bookings for symphony engagements
featuring The Peking Acrobats have flowed in ever since. More such
concerts are already in the works for Summer 2005 at venues across
the US.
